Registration can only be completed once you have paid your registration fee. Payment is not required to submit an abstract (please visit our Key Dates page for information about the abstract submission deadline).

Everyone presenting and/or attending 1st CPLA International Conference must register. The last day for enjoying early bird price is 20 December 2023.

Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated at any meeting or event associated with the conference.
All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Be inclusive and respectful.
The recording of any sessions, presentations, or content in any format is strictly prohibited.
Those who violate the standards of professional and respectful conduct may be asked to leave the symposium immediately and without refund, may not be considered for service on CPLA board and committee, and may be subject to additional legal action.
Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination includes offensive comments and actions related to age, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion; sexual images in public spaces; deliberate intimidation; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events.

By registering for the CPLA-IC, you agree to CPLA-IC’s processing of the personal data you submit as part of registration for the following purposes:
to communicate with you regarding the event for which you registered;
for our internal reporting purposes;
as reasonably necessary for the management and organization of the specific event for which you registered; and

By registering for the conference, you agree that CPLA-IC may disclose the personal data you submit as part of registration to:
co-organizers of the event as reasonably necessary for the management and organization of the specific event for which you registered;

Photographs and/or audio-visual footage may be taken and/or live-streamed during (part of) an CPLA-IC event. Photos and videos can be published on CPLA-IC website and social media pages as well as on the co-organizer, strategic parter, supporting organization, and sponsor’s online platforms. Photos and videos may also be recorded and can be reproduced in various media including CPLA-IC publications, social networks and press, in connection with a specific event, or for further institutional purposes as well as for promotional activities of CPLA-IC. By attending an CPLA organized (or co-organized) event, you agree you may appear in published photos and/or videos as stated above.
